How do I install it? Is it only for MAC?

Yes - Mac users only at this time but there will be a Windows source available soon I bet.
How does the application work?
If you run it on an OS X machine that you’ve been syncing with an iPhone or an iPad with cellular plan, it will scan through the backup files that are automatically made, looking for the hidden file containing your location. If it finds this file, it will then display the location history on the map.

I downloaded the program on my wife's mac and was surprised by what I saw.
In the last year I have been several places. It showed me in San Antonio and St. Louis, but it completely missed me for the three days I was in Nashville and last week when I was in Venice all week.
It also had abut fifty hits for me in Daytona Beach and Port St. Lucie, towns I've only driven through in the last year. Then there were a few out in the middle of the Everglades.
So I don't think the tracking is reliable or could ever be trusted.

Command+Shift+4 at the same time then select the area you want to grab - then you can post the file (which is created on your desktop) to photobucket.
then "share" it
