Note that Bicep Boy's gun was "not available" for trial. Would have been nice to show that gun to the jurors. Note also the skateboard the other commie used to try and bash Kyle's skull in with was also "not available." ALSO not available was the information from Bicep Boy's phone, which no doubt would have demonstrated coordination with his commie organization, and probably pedophilia and other violent, deviant behavior. And it would have been interesting to see what kind of ammo Bicep Boy had HIS gun loaded with, since the prosecutor seemed so interested in what Kyle used. Kyle apparently used inexpensive target ammo. Why that was germane, I don't know. I mean, I guess he could have used frangible ammo, but come on. Carrying the gun was intended to deter rioters from attacking him. It would deter most normal people, but, as we all know, communists aren't people.

So we're left with lots of missing exhibits:

"Well we asked for the skateboard, but the G/F wouldn't give it to us."

Did you get a warrant to search for it?"
