Pat, I'd like to solve the puzzle.....
I have heard a few reports that a "Toggle" is being sold to make some Glocks full auto. A police officer

Seems the rustang owner saw the refusal as a sign of disrespect for his ride without stopping to think that maybe the Vette guy just got tired of beating them? FFS it's not like clutches grow on trees... Did a roll-on against one this Summer using third, didn't even think about shifting

I saw that on the local news. It was a little square piece affixed to the slide, where the hammer would be. The one they showed actually had the Glock logo on it, so maybe it's an actual Glock produced item. Seems like it would be pretty fun, do a mag dump with an extended magazine.

Glock handguns are striker fired, they have no hammer. I can imagine no type of appendage added to a Glock slide which might allow rapid fire...link please?

I saw it on our local newscast here. Sorry, can't find a link. It was used to shoot at police, and the body cam snippet they showed, you could clearly hear rapid, automatic fire.
And yes, I understand how they function....I guess I was inartful in trying to describe where this 'device' was located, on the gun shown on the newscast. In the back of the slide, above the grip.

Rare Breed makes a forced reset trigger for the AR platform. Slick little trick. they are a bit pricey then account for the ammo $. I Had a bump stock before I HAD to dispose of it :D Boy howdy it would chew up a 30rnd mag with a quickness. I'm still thinking about an FRT though.

Nice looking unit but last I heard they were declared a machine gun. RBT took it to court and a judge rejected the case. I suppose owners of those triggers are now open season for gubbermint goons. Strange thing is another company makes a reset trigger that appears to be almost identical except they have approval. Name escapes me, they aren't well known, but it seems they're protecting this other company from competition. Can't imagine any rea$on they'd want to do that. Can you?

Do you need to treat that trigger mechanism the same as if you are buying a weapon set up for full auto or a silencer? I mean, does it require a tax stamp, gun trust, or whatever to be legal?

I saw they were having legal trouble now after I posted the link. I knew the first time I saw it I should bite the bullet and pull the trigger on getting one :D but at any rate I'm good with what I DON'T have
