Does anyone else get absolutely LIVID with so-called "CUSTOMER SUPPORT"? Better yet, the lack of it.
First, Youtube TV suddenly decided that the bank debit card we have used for the past three years was now a PRE-PAID card. After trying for literally HOURS to get any help online and from a non-working phone number, I finally reached a working number. They returned my call two days later. They lost me as a customer after that fiasco.
Second, I bought tickets to a Joe Bonamassa concert via AXS. I stayed on hold for an hour waiting for someone to answer. Their web support would only answer a few very specific questions, none of which related to my issue.
Made me mad enough to go punch a midget for being almost as tall as me. :issues::issues::issues::issues:

You're not alone. I get so pissed off when I have to do the automated shit, either just loops you around over and over after you spend 10mins just going through the prompts, puts you on hold or simply hangs up on you. My wife has to do that shit for me or I'll go postal

Haven't had a customer service problem for decades. The solution that works for me is not to become a customer.

I feel your pain. Had to deal with the IRS earlier this week. Phone numbers listed online started with some 5 minutes spiel about the free money give ways during KungFlu season and then simply hung up on me saying they were too busy and call volume was too high, so I called the local IRS office downtown. They were able to do an internal transfer to the department I needed, but I had to be transferred three times to get there. God, I hate the ****ing IRS and automated systems.

The phone gets answered by a computer with the loud message that gets repeated about every 30 seconds as you wait. "YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US, STAY ON AND YOU CALL WILL BE ANSWERED BY THE NEXT AVAILABLE REPRESENTATIVE! Many times the wait is a 1/2 hour or more. Those calls I leave on speaker and do other things till they finally get around to answering my call!
My call is important put enough people to answer the dam phone. It seems to make no difference what time of day you call you get the above line of company bullshit.
I have thought for years phone answering systems/ voice mail and Email are just a setup to not have to talk with people, after a while they will not bother.

Personally haven't bought anything other than food and fuel for ten years. My socks and underwear are so old I can't even remember when the elastic still worked
These days the research required to buy anything worth owning has became too time consuming and ends as a waste of time. I've no concern about cost if I can get an item of quality. What's saved when (as shown in the video) the item doesn't even work? Might as well flush your money down the toilet because complaining to some foreigner on the telephone can't get your brains stuffed back into your skull.

I called Social Security Admin last week. Pushed one button and waited 5 minutes. Ralph asked me a few questions and said they'd call back in two weeks to wrap up the application. Process has been painless and straight forward so far. Kind of worried it won't stay like that though

Yeah, when I'm getting notices that I owe $10K in back taxes and my returns show I don't it's an issue. Mailing forms and email didn't work so I was out of options. Come to find out, I was correct, but damn they sure were ready to start taking deductions from my pay checks and putting liens on everything I own. Buncha ****ing thieves. Quick to take my shit, but slow as hell to fix the problem.

Sometimes I call customer support even if I'm not a customer. It's the only way I can get someone to talk to me. The people from India are the nicest ones, they never hang up on me.

Once the military fires all the doctors, nurses, and medics for not being vaccinated, they probably WILL import foreigners willing to be injected to stuff brains back in skulls. Just wait.

... Buncha ****ing thieves...
Whatever you do don't call them that on the phone. The last time I did that (Direct TV) my VISA was maxed out in British Columbia the next day  Guess they figured since I already knew they were thieves they had nothing left to hide.

I was audited2 times by the IRS and several times by different states.
My accountant made a deal with me that if I did not lie to him and did what he said he would defend me against all audits.
Won each and everyone of them. Its was worth the price.
With the Taxman you are guilty until proven innocent.

The only way to fix this is with the fair tax, but the elitist politicians won't let go of their free money.
