What Are These Guys Smoking?

These two guys are sitting in their car with a blowtorch, a piece of wire, an empty soda bottle, and a plastic straw. The straw it poked through a hole in the side of the bottle, bent into kind of a checkmark shape, and then routed out through the neck of the bottle. One guy heats the wire with the blowtorch until it glows orange; he then takes the hot wire and holds it over the neck of the bottle and uses it to burn some other material while the other guy inhales the resulting smoke through the plastic straw.

WTF kind of drugs are these guys on? :shrug:

BUT

Looks as if the passenger holds something up to the hot wire and the straw is bent through a water bottle. I know in the Philippines they smoke "shabu" (meth) similar to that except they hold a piece of foil over a flame and a straw in the mouth to inhale the smoke when the "shabu" burns.
