I have no sense of smell, so it doesn't matter that much to me.
Is VegasJen coaching you on thread topics now?

Lactaid is one of several brands of supplement which will lessen the blow to your system and allow continued enjoyment.

I am going to the doc next week for the first appointment I could get. Been having pains in the gall bladder area for a couple of weeks.

My wife is lactose intolerant and Lactaid works for her.
Sometimes dairy doesn't sit well with me, and she used to get pissed if I even suggested that I might be mildly lactose intolerant.

My wife buys lactaid milk, and uses the Kirkland lactaid pills from Costco for other stuff. Works well for her.

Had to have mine yanked out. It got soooo inflamed that they could not do the small incision type surgery. Huge scar on my upper belly.

Lactaid is hit or miss for me, so I just avoid dairy (with the exception of Greek or Icelandic yogurt, most of the lactose is strained out in the process)...if having cereal for breakfast, I use almond milk instead of moo juice.

What sucks is chocolate milk is one of my favorite delicacies. Can't drink that stuff without getting the horrible, steaming hot GOZARs risking the well being of my boxers.

Have you guys tried this? I’m not a chocolate milk fan, but have heard good things...ultra-filtered lactose-free milk:
https://fairlife.com/ultra-filtered-milk/chocolate-milk/
Also have seen these alternatives while out shopping, again have not tried the chocolate version but seemed to have also been well-rated:
Hazelnut chocolate ‘milk’ - https://www.pacificfoods.com/our-products/hazelnut-plant-based-beverages/hazelnut-chocolate/
Almond chocolate ‘milk’ - https://www.target.com/p/blue-diamond-almond-breeze-chocolate-almond-milk-0-5gal/-/A-53336805
Pea protein/plant-based ‘milk’ - https://www.ripplefoods.com/chocolate-plant-milk/
Oat ‘milks’ - https://www.chobani.com/products/oat-based/drink/chocolate/
https://us.oatly.com/products/chocolate-oatmilk?gclid=EAIaIQobChMInM-Pncr57QIVEW-GCh1zBA02EAAYASAAEgKyhvD_BwE
Can’t hurt to try?

Chocolate milk is made with nasty stuff. Don't drink it regardless of lactose tolerance.
SRS.
