What's your system based on? :popcorns:

I started out on SmartThings, but quickly grew tired of everything being cloud-based so I switched to Hubitat. So far I'm happy with my choice. :yesnod:

I'm still on Smartthings - although I can see why you jumped to Hubitat. ST is going through lots of challenges now. I may consider Hubitat if ActionTiles ever get's posted over.

I wanted to get away from cloud-based functionality as much as possible, plus their shit still has a lot of bugs. For example, if you set up a timer in your groovy code to (e.g.) turn off a light after 1 minute, there's about a 50% chance that the timer event will never make it to your code and your event handler will never be called - meaning your lights stay on forever until you manually turn them off. That is unacceptable and only proves that Samsung really doesn't give a shit about the SmartThings platform.

Still, I use my SmartThings hub to control my Z-Wave devices because, for whatever reason, they work better with the ST hub than they do with the HE hub. I run a smartapp called HubConnect to link the two together. :yesnod:
