I'll start collecting as soon as the C9 comes out. I'm sure it'll be enough to make my 84 months of payments. :USA:

I'm pretty sure at 52, by the time I am entitled to collect, the libs will have completely decimated this country and I'll receive zero. Thankfully I've already planned for this outcome.

Well I started taking my SS the first day I could. Get it while the money is still there. I started taking it when I hit 64.(now 75) I figured that was fair the goverment without my permission started taking it out from my first job in my teens. I will get back as much as I can. I made good money my working life and they took out plenty!

I play the market and would have been much farther along without the goverment getting in the middle.

I guess I can look at this thread and figure its a sort of big welcome to GTrain.

Winnipeg is usually north of the Jet Stream, which means that it is usually under a cold air mass. Also, because we're in the prairies, we get really fast winds, and when they come from the North-West, which they usually do, the wind chill is brutal. Winnipeg is also one of the five coldest cities in the world, according to the American weather website, AccuWeather. Winnipeg made the list, along with Yellowknife, Duninka and Yakutsk Russia, and Harbin, China

I'm 65 currently, but I'm going to wait until 66 and 2 months so I will be at my FRA. I should be getting ~$2900/month.

Nice googling

Average temps for the following months

January-10° / -18°
February-9° / -17°
March0° / -9°4

Above is Celsius, if you can’t handle this, stay in California where every day is the same.

It’s worth it to not spend a third of your life sitting in traffic :yesnod:

A buddy of mine owns a course that’s a stop on the PGA. Drove to Napa from here to visit him, offered to get me onto Pebble Beach but I was with the wife and didn’t want to be just me for the first time there.

Kinda regretting that considering what you need to do to get a tee time :banghead:

Pebble is decent. Inn at Spanish Bay is pretty cool as well. Cypress Point was nicer and less of a dog track.

I like Augusta during the Spring over anything else for TV viewing :seasix: I've never been there or played it though.

My same buddy changed his FB profile to him standing on Hogans Bridge (I think it was that one) while he was there playing.

I’ll never get the opportunity but would like to see a round or two someday
