Correct; they do.
Do you know why or just follow?

Open air markets.

These flu viruses originate in fowl, but the fowl cannot transfer the virus to humans.
But; the fowl can transfer the virus to pigs/hogs, the pigs/hogs can and obviously do transfer the virus to humans.
These livestock are brought to open air markets in all of Asia without screening of any kind.
Asians know this; but only partially practice safety as far as a deterrent to prevent the spread these viruses.

Avian Flu
Swine Flu
N1H1
Bird Flu
These ↑ are all strains of the flu. = fowl and swine

*Other facts:
•The influenza pandemic of 1918-1919 killed more people than the Great War (WWI).
It killed some 50 million people, and infected up to a third of the world’s population.
Though it was called "The Spanish Flu" it was first observed in Asia.

•Hong Kong flu is first reported in 1968, though it is observed heavily in Hong Kong, it is thought to originate in mainland China.

•Asian Flu is reported in 1957 originating in China.

•1983 Swine influenza was a disease when pigs became ill. (influenza A (H1N1))

*(some overall numbers/statements are contested)

In conclusion class;
All are strains of influenza/flu bug, all has been happening for years...every...stinkin'...year.
For years Asians have been wearing masks, but, the flu bug is still spread.

Let me write that again for the dense:
For years Asians have been wearing masks, but, the flu bug is still spread.

Wow. You got it good. That is a concerning oxygen level. I don't know if it helped or not, but I started taking L-Arganine (Nitric Oxide) on the chance that it actually helps carry oxygen to tissues. What your dealing with is the stuff that gets you on a vent. On the upside, the next 3 days are going to probably be the last of the virus for you.

My buddy was giving me shit because, like you, I always compared it to the flu. When I was sick he asked me if i still thought it was the flu. I told him they are different animals. I said the flue is like hitting your thumb with a hammer. Covid is like having your thumb in vice grips for two weeks.

Short term high misery level vs long term lower misery level.

Are you on any inhalers?

I prescribe albuterol for the chest tightness and also RX either pulmicort respimat inhaler or nebulizer ampules if they have one. The pulmocort reduced the inflammatory reaction in the lungs, which is the part that usually lands folks in the hospital on nasal canula O2 or the vent.

As I’m sure you know if your O2 levels drop below 90%, get to hospital.

Hope you feel better soon.

Day 30 for me. 13 were in the hospital.
Still on oxygen (1.5ml) 12-16 hours a day.
Weened off while resting, but need to go back on it
when heart rate goes up to 110-120bpm @ 91-93% oxygen.
Oxygen on at 1.5-2ml keeps it at 95-97% with 70-80s or lower bpm.

Sure. I've had many friends get the flu for 2-3 weeks recover a little and about a week later they got it again for well over a month. Some even died of it in the past. I've had many friends die of Pneumonia and you know what murraT, they didn't have to wear a mask. All these people that die of colds, the flu and Pneumonia never were required to wear a mask. A lady i play music with lost her dad in July at the age of 102. Bad kidney strokes, etc. he died, guess what they put down on what he died of? She also lost her mom last week at 99 years old. Bad kidneys, bad heart, Alzheimer and guess what they put down as the cause of death? Remember i work Hospice, nobody dies off anything but Covid all of a sudden. Yes Covid is real but as legit as our last election. You drink the Koolaid MurraT

Sadly, I've seen both extremes, and it can be heartbreaking. I just have a hard time understanding why the world has not stood up and told China to FO. Whether it was a genetic engineering experiment, or someone eating a bat, it's on them. They've now killed more, and destroyed more of the economy, than any military action could have hoped for.

Cancer: Some have a few cells scraped off, some have their entire bodies ravaged
Food poisoning: Some get nauseous, some die
Flu: Some saty in bed with a box of Kleenex for a few days, some die
HIV: Some take drugs and go on uninterrupted ala Magic Johnson, some whither away and die like Freddy Mercury
Car accident: Some walk away, some never go home.
Heart attack: Some survive more than one, others die immediately
Stroke: Some recover, some die

Then there's Covid which is truly unique when compared to the things listed above. See with Covid, some people have no idea they even had it, and others never leave the hospital and die.

Oh wait, that's not unique at all now that I think about it.

I've know at least 7 people that tested positive with Covid and were down between 3 days to 2 weeks. I've know people like that for the last 60 years including myself with the flu that were down for 3 days and sometimes for a couple of month. This lockdown shit is the biggest BS since the beginning of man. Sure people get it and die of it. But small businesses being shut down and all this B S restriction. You can't enter a restaurant without a mask but you can take it off once you sit down. Have to put it back on when you go to the restroom but take it off again when you sit down. All the coaches and refs in all sports have to wear a mask but not the players. 2020 will go down in the future as when mankind became the dumbest. :yesnod:

Yup, “Show Your Papers” to be able to travel is coming back after being eliminated by WWII.

They “believe” it’s worth giving up freedoms and civil liberties in the name of an illusion of safety. They “believe” masks have saved thousands to millions of lives with NO OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER. They don’t believe, or understand, basic statistics. People who are saying "it isn't the flu", because it lasts a long time and leaves a lot of damage behind, have just never had a sufficiently bad flu.

In 1999, I was 35 years old, and in the late stages of training for a half marathon, in other words, young and in excellent shape. I got the seasonal flu that resulted in a SARS event (SARS is the thing that actually kills you, and ANY flu can turn into SARS) so severe that there were a few days where I was literally afraid to breath out, because I wasn't sure I could breathe back in again. The acute portion of the disease lasted about 3 weeks, and it took about a year before I felt reasonably normal again. I have scarring on my lungs from it that my doctor says is visible on an X-ray, but says it is relatively minimal given the severity of my disease.

This is why, if you are sick, the thing you need to do is STAY HOME. A regular seasonal flu can, and occasionally does, kill even young very healthy people. I was almost one of them.

What I think people have forgotten is the covid is extremely easily transmitted compare to regular flu and colds. 1 infection = 5 infections complared to 1 to 2 regular. This really is the issue, no its so much different death wise than regular flu.
Seems the covid is fallen into the same area most diseases do, I've you don't have it or someone you know closely hasn't fallen ill and died most just brush it off. Nothing new.
For those of you who are lucky enough to live in areas that don't have it bad you're lucky as hell, for those of us who unfortunately do.... Wearing a mask and staying the fuk away from people is our only hope not getting it because i cant speak for others but I sure the fuk don't want it.

This is what happens when you rush a product to market:

https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/23/health/astrazeneca-vaccine-data-questions/index.html

(CNN)Vaccine experts -- including those who serve on advisory committees for the US Food and Drug Administration and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention -- have questions about data released Monday by AstraZeneca about its Covid-19 vaccine.
In a press release Monday, the pharmaceutical giant announced that its vaccine is on average 70% effective. However, the company did not state the data that led them to that conclusion.
"Absent knowing this, it's hard to know the significance of their findings," said Dr. Paul Offit, a member of the FDA's Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, which will review Covid-19 vaccines before they are put on the market.

Across the United States, millions of people pointedly spurning CDC advice as they celebrated Thanksgiving during a time of increased covid-19 community spread were excited to hearken back to the very first traditions of European settlement in the Americas.

“We wanted to keep alive the customs these settlers helped start,” explained one family that was traveling hundreds of miles to spread disease to people they didn’t know because they thought the trip would be best for their family. “We just want to do the same thing they did, but in a way that includes a dish that somehow incorporates both marshmallows and sweet potatoes.”

These Thanksgiving reenactors were dedicated to making sure the holiday got the celebration it deserved. “Usually," another ardent patriot said, "my Thanksgiving celebration is based on a selective and misleading interpretation of history. This year, it will be based on a selective and misleading interpretation of science as well. And I brought green beans with those weird little packaged onion things on them!”

“It’s a point of pride with me to ignore any guidelines that would prevent my bringing pestilence with me to this important family holiday,” one celebrator noted. “The Pilgrims didn’t pay attention to any guidelines! Dare I act as though to be alive now offers me any advantages over what they had?"

One matriarch, sticking her entire arm into the slick carcass of a bird, offered, "It’s important to me that my Thanksgiving keeps the traditions of those first fur traders and colonists alive: where I feel as though I am absolutely and divinely right to do what I am doing and refuse to connect my actions with consequences in any way.”

“I was watching a PBS special about the Pilgrims,” one American said, “and they spent their entire first winter in Massachusetts before Thanksgiving just watching their family members die. They carried them out to the woods, propped them up against trees and left them there to give the illusion that the settlement was guarded. That wasn’t something we incorporated into our Thanksgiving before, but it’s never too late to start a new tradition, provided that new tradition does not involve Zoom in any way!”

“If the attendees at the first Thanksgiving had been able to choose between having all their loved ones alive or having a big, celebratory meal a single time, I am pretty sure that they would have chosen the second thing,” said another traveler, who added that under no circumstances would he be shamed by any stay-at-home recommendations, CDC-issued or otherwise, because he thought they were part of the War on Christmas, and therefore they made him upset. “I think it’s just typical P.C. nonsense to try to shoehorn new liberal fads like germ theory into our traditional American holidays. Next they’ll be saying that the reason Santa can’t catch covid-19 is because he’s fictional."

“I am excited to get back to what I erroneously thought was the true essence of Thanksgiving,” added an uncle. “And that’s drawing a hand turkey and feeling good about myself without thinking about the suffering and struggle of the Wampanoag people one bit.” The fact that he got to have his ill-advised gathering in the midst of an ongoing pandemic that was disproportionately devastating indigenous communities was just another detail that made this uncle feel that he was participating in a great national tradition. “I’m going to do what I’m going to do, and if they try to tell me I can’t, they’ve got another thing coming! This is America!” he said, stamping his foot for emphasis on what technically is Piscataway land.

“I’m just glad we’re getting back to the roots of this holiday, which is long-distance travel, vectors of disease and the devastation of families. I hated how Thanksgiving had evolved into a holiday where you were supposed to gather and have a political argument and leave without fearing you were carrying any disease to your community or others.'" He concluded by saying you could take the turkey from his cold, dead hands.

So, question for our 'rona sufferers.

How is the HCQ+azithromycin+zinc treatment working?

The Trump Cocktail was a miracle worker for me.

The day before I took it I had many of the symptoms including watching my oxygen levels drop steadily down to around 90 and holding... my blood pressure was 167/113 and pulse rate was 106. When blood oxygen is in the 80s and holding is where you get hospitalized.

Just two days after I started medication the only symptoms I had remaining were a low grade fever, very light sinus congestion and I was extremely tired. The blood oxygen was 94-97, blood pressure was 127/84 and pulse rate was in the low 70s.

I’ve since had a few bouts where the blood oxygen starts to dip downward but so far when I get back on the inhalers I am able to get it back into the normal range. Fever has been gone for about five or six days now.

This is Day 14.

I’ve since had a few bouts where the blood oxygen starts to dip downward but so far when I get back on the inhalers I am able to get it back into the normal range. Fever has been gone for about five or six days now.

This is Day 14.

Upon admission to the hospital, I was given 5 treatments of Remdesiver(sp), and 10 treatments of Betamaxisone(sp) steroids, only because these treatments were FDA approved. Each treatment was 1 per day. I was not offered the above presidential treatment, but I know The Donald also was given the same items I got.
I was released with external oxygen support only, and by searching
all types of medical reviews/reports, I'll be on oxygen for months to come (3 to 6 by most estimates). I can relax off oxygen @ 91-94% with 110 pulse, but as soon as I move, I go down into the mid 80s oxygen with a 120-125 pulse.
On oxygen at 2ml, I'm 95% resting(sitting in a chair), with a pulse in the 80s-90 range. Laying on my belly(a minimum 8 hours/day) produces 97% plus, and a pulse in the high 60s (normal pre-covid). One good thing that has happened; My hypertension (high BP) is non-existant (this is my pre-existing condition) I'm off BP meds for the past 3 weeks. BP is in the 120/80 range, +/- 10 points on either reading depending on rest/activity.
Excuse this diatribe if I'm repeating myself, but this shit is boring the hell out of me, and recouping is very slow.

I am not sure how the whole oxygen level thing works or is supposed to work, but this was my experience. I stayed at 97-98 for quite a while. Then I saw a dip in to the 95-96 range. I would force air in to my lungs. Expanding and drawing in as much air as I could possibly draw in. I would watch the oxygen monitor and it would dip to 94 and occasionally 93 (and start flashing as this is a low threshold). Immediately upon stopping the forced inhalation, the number would bounce up to 96 and 97 and stay. My expectation was actually the complete opposite. I expected more air meant more oxygen. That was not the case. However, by doing that forced breathing, I was able to increase and maintain high numbers for the entire 15 days.

I had shortness of breath, to the point where I would take in a full lungfull of air and hold it trying to get the feeling that I was no longer out of breath, on the last day before I started treatment.

When it's below about 93 I start to feel that way again. The inhalers work.

An influenza (flu) shot is a flu vaccine given with a needle, usually in the arm. Seasonal flu shots protect against the three or four influenza viruses that research suggests may be most common during the upcoming season. The composition of flu vaccines have been updated for the 2020-2021 flu season.

I agree 100%.

I was NOT given z-pack initially. I developed a cough which eventually resulted in green stuff being coughed up. Only then was I given the antibiotic.

It knocked it out, but over a week passed and now it's back. And the blood oxygen levels are dropping all over again. Shortness of breath is starting to present itself.

I am not a doctor, but I'm wondering if I had been given the Z-pack at the start if I would be where I'm at presently.

:banghead:

Wait, what? What is that?:island14:

:seasix:

What you have is commonly termed "SARS" = Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. That is what happened to me back in 1999 that I described above. Basically the virus infects your whole lungs. All "pneumonia" really means is "infected lungs". That could be a bacterial infection (often resolved quickly if the proper antibiotics are administered early enough), or a viral infection in the case of a flu that causes the infection. Like I said above, the SARS is what actually kills you if you die from the flu.

I believe that is the logic behind giving the antibiotics alongside the other treatments. My dad was on steroids, now a zpack. day 20 or so and he is still ok as far as oxygen levels and temperature, but feels like hammered dog shit and has a cough.

Correct. The Z-pack, or other antibiotics your Doctor prescribes will not affect the flu virus that is the cause of your infection. However, when your lungs are infected with a flu bug, they will produce pus, which in this case, is a fabulous breeding ground for lots of other infections. The anti-biotics are prescribed on a "prophylactic" basis to try to stop aggravating infections.

Sorry to hear you are still struggling SeaSix. Hang in there!

You need to be in the hospital with IV antibiotic cocktails. The IV stuff is way more powerful and all they can do is throw a mix of antibiotics at it. They can also get a culture from your fleem and see if it grows to see what it really is. If it is Covid. They can give you specific meds and plasma for it.

The population of my county is approximately 290,000. The local news tonight said there are a total of 70 corona cases hospitalized in the entire county tonight. 2 people were recorded as dying from the virus today. While I realize there are many folk still at home battling this, and I hope you all recover soon and fully; it seems to be less of a world ending event here than what's on the National news.

Our county has 100,000 people. 55 total COVID-related deaths this year. Only one person in the hospital with it, and they're not in ICU. And everything here is open at 100%, and we have no mask mandate.

If you aren't already, you need to get to a hospital.
Pneumonia is a big problem for Covid positive people,
although you may not test positive by now, as with me, the
virus has affected blood circulation in the lungs. My Doctors don't know how
long the lack of blood flow to the lungs will last, but I'm 3 weeks out of the hospital now, and the improvement is slow.

I went in to my place of work today, pulling my portable oxygen
cart - need it while walking, just to visit.
One of the truck drivers who went out covid positive
5 days before me, told me his good friend came down with too,
symptoms similar to mine - short of breath. Admitted to the hospital
and put on oxygen/proning, 2 days later he got Pneumonia. Refused
to be intubated and placed on a ventilor, he died 3 days later.

I remember probably 30 years ago, I ended up with bronchitis/maybe pneumonia after a particularly nasty bout with the flu. I remember it because I decided to leave work because I felt so shitty and got a speeding ticket on the way home that was so over the limit, I had to go to night court and ask the prosecutor to ramp it down so I could take defensive driving to get rid of it.

but if we could save just one life, it would be worth it.

Savings lives is a fallacy. It's impossible. Everyone dies.

PROLONGING LIVES would be more accurate.

But we all do risky things every damn day; every time you get in a car, on a plane, play a sport, swim in the ocean, engage in just about any activity, drink alcohol, use recreational drugs, even having sex, you are taking some level of risk.

But we take reasonable steps/precautions/actions to mitigate risks, such as wearing seatbelts, protective gear when we play sports, wearing condoms, etc.

This seems to be the first time in history I am aware of that we just disregarded the whole "reasonable" aspect and are doing literally everything and anything we can think of to mitigate the risks, no matter how illogical it may be, or how ineffective it may be and without considering or giving due merit to the consequences of those measures.

And in addition to the infinitely fearful and ridiculously risk averse that are in favor of all of that (mostly due to misinformation spewed by the mainstream media), there are people profiting from the situation both financially and politically, which leads critical thinkers to question everything.

Yet when anyone raises questions, they are silenced or labelled as a 'conspiracy theorist'.

If this whole thing doesn't scare you just a little bit, you're either one of the people profiting from it, or one of the people being spoon-fed a pile of lies in order to control you and believing them.

Well said.

In my profession we've had a concept about evaluating measures to reduce radiation exposure to "save lives" that's been in use for decades; ALARA, or As Low As Reasonably Achievable. ALARA evaluates how reasonable something is based on cost, benefit, etc. Over the past couple of years I've seen a trend towards ALAP, or As Low As Possible, where reasonable has nothing to do with it. So, if we spend a billion dollars to "save" one life, it's not ALARA but under ALAP we'd spend that money - which could be much better spend elsewhere to save a lot more lives.

We can't get rid of all risk, nor should we try to.

My company has been mostly WFH since March. During all that time we only had one employee test positive for COVID, and that person had not been in the office for weeks prior so nobody was exposed. Suddenly since last week we've had 4 employees (so far) who have been exposed and are under quarantine. :willy:Icnwt

People are working from home. I can order from any restaurant in the city. Massage, teeth cleaning, construction, on line gym workouts, I have cable, hydro and water. Cell still works.

Truck drivers are still driving. Airplanes flying. I’m okay with being at home... I like it here. It’s where I am regardless of a virus

How do trucks deliver and airplanes fly with people working from home? :kick:

May be time to check in at the Emergency room bud.
Don't screw around with the Pneumonia. It can be fatal.

Having low oxygen levels for 40+ days now, I only require
external oxygen while active and during sleep.
While relaxing, my oxygen levels are in the low to mid 90s.
Last night was the first night in those 40+ days that my sinuses
didn't plug up as soon as I laid on my stomach in bed.
I hope this is a sign that I'm starting to come out of this crap.

Co. I work for offered work from home, but it's not

Strictly based on blood oxygen level, ER would turn me away if it's 90 or above.

95 and up is normal. 93-94 is pretty close.

And with no insurance, I'm not going to start racking up $5,000 a day or whatever they are charging. I'm in nearly daily contact with my doctor's nurse, and she's reporting all the info I give to him. I'm in good care as it is.

You have the freedom of not working full time. I work, I do stuff at home and with my fam and we like to go out once in a while and still can and do. I strolled Marye’s Heights for the first time ever last weekend. It was a pretty amazing experience. But it’s open and people aren’t jammed in and breathing on each other and touching everything. Gross. That could make you sick. You could die even. Chances may be small but there’s no denying it’s happening whatever numbers you look at. Yes, people die from car crashes and influenza and cancer and old age. To me at least this is different. Maybe I drank the kool aid. So what. I don’t mind taking what I consider to be reasonable precautions, like wearing a seatbelt, if it just might save my life, like a seatbelt.

Also I recognize the impact on the economy. I don’t have those answers. That’s above my pay grade.

So 5000 have died from covid this year in NC, to be fair number I'm sure is lower so for you fuktards that argue about it lets say 2500(more like 3500 I'd say). The total flu deaths for last 10 years was 1500 total. So yea this kung flu is exactly like the flu and we shouldn't take any precautions or be concerned for our families as nobody dies from it anymore than the regular flu.
In 120 months 1500k died, in 9 months 2500k plus have died.

At what count do we do what we've always done and tell vulnerable people to stay home, instead of telling everyone over the age of 2 to wear masks? At what count is it worth bankrupting thousands of businesses, putting millions of people out of work and denying basic medical care to millions of people? At what count is it acceptable to close schools and deny children a year (at least so far) an education?

Look, I don't really give a shit about masks. I wear one when it's required. I DO care about those other things. As unsavory as it sounds, society must put a value on a human life because we don't have unlimited amounts of money. So far the response in the U.S. has cost trillions of dollars, and it's still going. "It's worth it if it saves one life" is one of the most idiotic things anybody can possibly say.

What about the additional 10,000 to 30,000 people in the U.S. who will die from cancer because they were denied treatment due to COVID? Is that okay too?

Last year about 2.9 million people died in the U.S. This year about 2.9 million people will die. We've destroyed businesses and peoples' lives and spent trillions of dollars to reduce the total death count by ZERO. Does that make any sense at all?

Lots more people would have died without the restrictions. I believe that but don't have any facts or evidence to back it up.

Erring on the side of caution is never a bad thing.

Think about that statement a little bit, and let us know if you really believe it. I suspect you don't because if you did you wouldn't have much of a life.

If you really do believe it, I'm sure you never drive over 5 kph, because that errs on the side of safety, right?

It can be when the cure is worse than the disease. If you were the owner of a restaurant or gym in an affected area, you might rethink this. Either that, or you’d rather lose your life savings and your livelihood on the infinitesimal chance you *might* die.

I’d take my chances with Covid.

Was that an acceptable number to keep everything open? What exactly is the dollar amount per death we will accept. Yes every person has a dollar number and we all know it. You're comparing apples in oranges IMO to include everything.
How many kids didn't get hit and killed walking to school/waiting for the bus, how many wives stabbed their husbands to death, etc.
It's a fine line and nobody really knows what the fuk to do to balance livelihoods and keep risks down.

Here's the real problem , no way we were prepared for this virus and no way could we put a proper mask on every citizen that needed it. Stop gap /best we could do was a general mask. Ask an Army guy if he'd ever been sent in unprepared.
So should we have produced a zillion n95 masks and been major dicks about enforcement. Yea that would have went over well and the govt a bunch of pussies so they wouldn't enforce it anyway.
I feel for the small businesses, I bitched more than most over the draconian shutdowns, but people are fukin stupid let's face it.
So you say survival of the fittest should rule the land, well unfortunately small businesses are going to shutter and not come back. So some people are going to live and some businesses are going to shut down, but they'll live and hopefully find a new path and prosper.
If people don't think extensive restrictions and shutdowns are not in the near future they may be wrong...

What we are learning is, it was Dominion Voting Systems employees and DNC operatives that voted ****tards into office.

I'm not talking about the value of a life to any one person. I'm talking about the value of a life to a society (or country) as a whole, which is actually very common when regulations are developed. The Journal of the American Medical Association (that's a pretty objective source) said in mid-October that the virus has cost the U.S. economy $16 trillion. That's $16,000,000,000,000 and it's still going up fast. Here's the link to their study. (https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2771764#:~:text=The%20estimated%20cumulative%20financial%20costs,domestic%20product%20of%20the%20US.) From the paper: Although putting a value on a given human life is impossible, economists have developed the technique of valuing “statistical lives”; that is, measuring how much it is worth to people to reduce their risk of mortality or morbidity. This approach has been used as a standard in US regulatory policy and in discussions of global health policy.

There is a lengthy economic literature assessing the value of a statistical life; for example, in environmental and health regulation. Although no single number is universally accepted, ranges are often used. In environmental and health policy, for example, a statistical life is assumed to be worth $10 million.

With less than 300,000 deaths so far, we've spent over $53 million on each of those. That is insanity.

I went to an actual grocery store, instead of the riff raff convenience store, and a state-run liquor store. 100% masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes at the handy. There is the occasional non-wearing maskhole at the grocer, but waaaay better than Shitz, I mean Sheetz. You ain’t gettin your booze if you don’t have a mask at the ABC. Maybe they’ll provide one. I don’t know. I keep two in the truck.

I'm going to be forced to go out too. No beer or booze in the house.

It can be when the cure is worse than the disease. If you were the owner of a restaurant or gym in an affected area, you might rethink this. Either that, or you’d rather lose your life savings and your livelihood on the infinitesimal chance you *might* die.

I’d take my chances with Covid.

Government is helping virtually everyone effected by it.

And based on wait times, restaurants are busier now than they’ve ever been

I don’t know where you live, but here in Los Angeles, restaurants are going out of business permanently left and right. Some had been my favorite places. Others are closing one or two days a week, and when I go to pick up food, they say they are struggling. We don’t have dine in and most recently, we don’t even have outdoor seating, and these places are NOT being helped. They are going under.

Secondly, I have a spoken to a lot of people laid off and out of work and they tell me they haven’t gotten shit from their employers. Their employers may be getting money, but they are using it to pay rent and such while their employee’s get laid off.

So I don’t have any idea where you get the idea that restaurants are busier now than ever, or that the Government is helping those out of work.

It’s all Bullshit.
