I've seen a few things in the ocean while SCUBA diving, including fish, rays and whales, that are big enough to swallow a human whole. Fortunately they seem to have no interest in doing that.

I only do swimming pools. We had one in our back yard when I was a kid, so I got spoiled. I live one mile from the shore of the largest natural lake in California. Been here for 29 years. Never once been in it.

Yep. Came face to face with a Goliath Grouper that could swallow me whole on the GBR. Plus a few other odds and ends.

Now if you want BIG- this sucker shoved me out of his way to feed.
