1. Raw.
2. With horseradish.
3. With horseradish and cocktail sauce.
4. With horseradish and cocktail sauce on a saltine cracker.

Not sure what “brand” they are but they are from the Maryland eastern shore, bayside according to the chick who sold them.

I mostly eat them with a spritz of lemon or plain. Don’t want to mask the flavor too much.

About 12 of us at dinner one evening, after a day-long meeting. Sitting at a large, round table, and several dozen oysters were ordered. I took one and placed it on a saucer in front of me. After several drinks were consumed, one of the guys asked if I was going to eat that oyster.

I love Seafood ....Any seafood....the best part of living an hour from the coast is i can catch anything i want on the Oregon Coast ....and i can eat it. People think Halibut is good but have you ever caught and eaten fresh Cod? My daughters favorite is fresh Chinook Salmon..i go every year to the Siuslaw River and catch the most amazing Chinook.
