Saw this on Facebook you made me do the same thing, brisket and two porkbutts in the fridge waiting on tomorrow morning about 5am

Hows yours coming? Mine hit the smoker at 5;40am, up to 150IT on the brisket, 153 and 135 for the butts. I plan to rotate the butts when i wrap at 165.

Pulled mine off the smoker at 11 last night. still wrapped and in the fridge till I get home Monday morning so I can cut into it. Damn 48 hour shifts suck.

Bring it. We’re probably just grazing all day...threw some brisket in with the eggs this morning. :yesnod: the pictures don’t do the colors justice on the slimes
Brisket...it was dark and I was exhausted.
