In the 60s it was EXPECTED that they would street race.
Not surprised, but my times in BG they kind of turned a blind eye to that stuff.

Unless they had a timer running, it was not racing. Wreck less aggressive driving ? Yes. Racing, no.
they wont admit it, but this is likely to reduce first year production targets by fifteen to twenty percent. its sad that these two guys can have that effect on some 6000 potential buyers.

So in other words, a slap on the hand, and a "don't do this again' and get back to work should work? I agree personally. It was a moment of stupidity, but look at what you are losing in two experienced engineers. Or maybe, they wanted gone, and this was the way of doing it.:seasix:

no, but you can punish them by removing their ability to have a company supplied vehicle to drive. you can impose strict rules on how and where the vehicles get driven, with penalties for violations. they have these devices which can track vehicles now. gm should use them. they are really inexpensive.
