In Okinawa, (can't speak for the rest of Japan) on the in brief at any base there, for the driving portion, they tell you that a minimum of 3 cars are going to run the light after it turns red. It is called an "Okinawa green". And it is 100% fact. Never, ever pull out there until the opposing traffic is all stopped. Even if you have the right of way, you will be the one getting the ticket if you get in a wreck.

That picture with the carts in it reminded me of what I saw when I was in California this past summer. It seems that a lot of people out there don.t know what a cart corral is for. Pull into a parking lot and there would be carts all over the place.:cert:

Stores around here putting chains with a 25cent piece as key, so they all pushed one into the other outside as normal, but the separate them have to insert a quarter so unhook it, PIA, the worst being that need walk it back from lot if a large load, and lots of folks leave it out anyway.....need more cart drops through the lot,

AND too boot, learn how to design a damn parking lot.....jeez.....
