I go to a certain place in the city, very Irish type bar. Owner is of the boat from the homeland. Last night, he was In a particularly good mood as the happy hour crowd wound down and it was mostly regulars. He decided we all should do shots of his choosing. Fine. WTF did he come up with???? Rumpliminze in double shot glasses, topped with whipped cream dots and a cherry, "to look festive". Jesus. At any rate, between laughing at him and trying to throw it back it was pretty funny, so much so that I laughed real hard and spewed some whipped cream. It his own dang fault. After that, went back to regularly scheduled pints of Guinness. :datawiz:

I had that stuff thanksgiving weekend. It was really good, but couldn't drink a lot of it, too sweet. I knew there was something you could mix to make PBJ, was thinking Chambord, but cranberry might do it.
