Sorry, but I have to brag and pat myself on the back.
In April I was at 230 lbs, the most I had ever weighed.
This morning I weighed in at 198.6, breaking through to the first goal I set for myself, less than 200.
Now I need to get to 190 so I can claim to be back within USMC height/weight standards. I think that will be enough.
My wife doesn't want me to lose any more weight. She says I lost my entire ass.
I think it's more because I'm wearing jeans that are about 4" too large in the waist.
Nevertheless, I'm looking for some good exercises to regain my ass.:barnbabe:

Good job. :seasix:
I've been trying to get my weight down a bit to lighten the load on my aching knees. Down from 232 on 10/10 to 223 this A.M. I'd like to get to about 200-205; it'll be a while. :Jeff '79: I'm 6'2".

I bounce like a yo-yo.
At high years ago ~300#, down to 220. Since then up and down from 230 - 245. Need to break the cycle. I hate exercise LOL

Congratulations man! That's a lot of weight to pull off! :cert:
I'm still only up 1 waist size since HS. 5'11" and 170 lbs.
Good eating and good genes make it easy but I feel for those that battle with it.

I've been way down then up this year. The summer foods got me, I was lazy. Keep on keeping on, you are doing great! Much respect. :seasix:

Speaking of good eating, I have been feasting on Brianna's dressings and Himalayan Chef salts. I went through the ones you sent, loved them and have been getting them now at Forest Hills Foods, a Spartan store, and Meijer also. I have noticed they have been expanding your shelf space and rightfully so!

Nice job! Semper Fi!
I was 165 the day I got out of bootcamp 1987, 205 the day I got out of the Corps 4 years later. Got down to 175 again and almost went back in but decided to go to school and get married. Wife inflated me to 230 before I figured out there was a problem. Ive been ~200 for the last 20 years other than the months after my pancreatic surgery but that wasnt a 'diet' per se'. LOL. Im 5' 10".

Semper Fi, Marine.
I just checked the current height/weight standards and discovered I’m about 1.5 lbs too heavy. I think that’s changed since I retired. I have 193 stuck in my mind for some reason. I’m 5’ 11”.
My wife had another talk with me today and says I really need to stop losing weight. She thinks I’m too skinny. I’ll admit that a 30 lb weight loss on a 62 yr old looks different than on a 30 yr old.

Good deal
They've got 2 new flavors coming out early Spring.
Funny to read "Forest Hills" as that is the school we went to in the mid 70s.
Wish I still had the sweatshirt (green with white lettering)
