Lost my friend today. Only 55 years old.

After 80 days in the hospital, over 40 on life support, one of my closest friends left us today at 11:20 am. I’m devastated. She was five months older than me, incredible intellect, beautiful and full of life and energy. She started as my sales trainer 13 years ago. We became good friends and confidants often helping each other with personal issues mas well as business challenges.

I’ll wrote more tomorrow. I’m wiped. My phone has been ringing off the hook and I can’t talk about it anymore.

Sorry to hear, man. Pretty lady, and way too young.

Been there. Lost a friend in '07 I had known since '83 (at 52 from a brain aneurysm). Another in '10 I had known since '90 (at 44 from pancreatic cancer). Both great guys who deserved a longer life.

She was amazing. I can’t believe she is gone. She had everything. Brains, beauty, humility, Christian values, three kids of her own and three more from the ex. She was the best sales person on the planet. She was a trainer who owned her own company and made a shit ton of money.

I learned pretty much everything I know about high end sales (to CEOs or big companies) from her. More importantly, we moved from client/consultant to genuine, good friends. The kind of friend that you could share anything with.
