I hope.

The crew is here demoing the kitchen and installing the new granite counter tops. I'm so ready to be done with skilsaws ringing in my ears, banging , bashing, the dust and the smell of fresh paint.

But I am learning a lot of new Spanish profanity. I got to use some when the pendejos set the stainless steel cooktop down on the new hardwood floors. Grrrr.

Ask the messicans for their greencards and work permits.

Right now I don't care if they are from Mars, Guatemala or Calgary, Alberta as long as they get done today.

Plumber's here tomorrow to install the new dishwasher and hookup sinks and faucets. Then there's nothing left but unpacking and cleaning and more cleaning.

El hijo lamentable de una hembra no puede decir el español tan vaya a la conversación sobre él detrás de su espalda.

I bet that is what they were saying.

I absolutely hate workmen in my house. Drives me nuts. That's one of the reasons I do almost every home project myself.
Congrats on almost getting through this mess.

:waiting: for the post construction pics.
