I write in cursive, use a fountain pen and shave with a straight razor. Wanna guess how old I am? :)

My cursive writing is pretty much unreadable; always was.

2 of my 3 cars are stick

#4, wife's car, is an auto but they don't make stick for humongous kid-movers.

My father died at 95yo a few years back, up till a couple years before he died he still used a straight razor! He gave up on fountain pens in the 1950s!

My C6 was a stick shift and my C7 is a 8 spewed automatic. At times I wish had bought a 7 speed manual.:cert:

I'll spare you from trying to convince you that modern paddles are fantastic, but go drive a paddle shift if you can, and get to learn the shift points etc.

I was a life long manual driver, and switched to auto with paddles in my '17 GS and while I miss a manual every now and then, paddle shifting is a ton of fun.

Y’all complain about our younger generations, but wasn’t it y’all responsibility to teach them these things?

:iagree: I taught many a kid how to drive a stick. Along with survival skills. I have a 20 lbs flint rock by the coy pond. Most today could not even find it little alone use it. :funniest::funniest::funniest:
