Exactly. My daughter has a shit ton of history on this forum, not because she participates so much, although she does now, but because I've paraded her on here for some very formative times in her life. Lotta good stories about that goofball.

it's like wedding pics.

everyone likes the idea of wedding pics. great effort is put into taking wedding pics. many guests are annoyed that the wedding pics take so long. much money is traded for all these wedding pics.

and then, after you've gone thru the album once, it is put aside and never seen again. life goes on. dinner has to be made. toilets need cleaning. beds need making. bills have to be paid.

and everyday, something new happens.

so Carpe Diem. you can't change the past, and you don't know what the future holds.

Some ex-member (or is it FmrMmbr??) here used to tag Every. Single. Post. in an old thread with the Thanks button, just to boost his post count.

I mean, what's the point?
