Tried melatonin, no caffeine, Normalized my schedule, total quiet/dark room, increased the length of my workouts, warm milk, hot bath, relaxation, meditation...

The only thing that seems to work is RX sleep aids...but I felt too groggy in the morning. Plus, I'm not so big on something that has the potential to be habit forming.

It doesn't usually make me cranky, though. And both my sisters suffer from the same problem.
