Alt-PrintScreen, then bring up any image editor (like say MS Paint) and paste image from the clipboard into a new black image. Then save as a jpeg, upload to a photo-sharing site, and post link.
Alt-PrintScreen takes a snapshot of the program that currently has focus. Just regular PrintScreen takes a snapshot of the entire desktop.

When I hit Alt-PrtSc...nothing happens.
Maybe it's this POS laptop w/ Vista?

Actually, Alt-PrtSc takes an image of the window in focus, not the program.
To get the image Rapid Roger posted you would need to do a PrtSc and then paste the clipboard into an image editor. Then you need to select the selection tool, draw a box around the poker game, hit Ctrl-C, create a "New" image and then Ctrl-P and save that image.

It should save it to your clipboard. Have you tried pasting it (Ctrl-P) in an image editor such as MSPaint?

I tend to get 1 pair, 2 pair or 3 of a kind at LIR. rarely a straight and never 4 of a kind or anything better.
