Donald Trump Dumps Michelle O's Lunch Rule, Bring Chocolate Milk Back to Lunchrooms (http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/12/01/donald-trump-dumps-michelle-os-lunch-rule-bring-chocolate-milk-back-lunchrooms/)

I hope the kids are told why they weren't allowed to have chocolate milk before, and who made it possible for them to have it now. Easy red pill.

Sure, make sure the little bastards are ALL fat and diabetic, just like their parents. Bring back french fries, and all the other "bad for you" stuff too. :bilmem:

The real solution is to eliminate school lunches entirely. Dismantle the infrastructure, RIF the staff, and zero out the budget. Parents can make the lunch choice for their kids and send whatever beverage they want.

Rong. Half of the kids in America get a "free" breakfast and lunch at school courtesy of you, the taxpayer. That includes most, if not all, of the illegal alien kids who shouldn't even be here. You expect those parents to suddenly not only pay for, but make their kids food to eat at school?

You monster.

Half? Sounds like a high estimate...

Here's North Carolina stats:

Percent of students enrolled in free and reduced lunch | KIDS COUNT Data Center (http://datacenter.kidscount.org/data/tables/2239-percent-of-students-enrolled-in-free-and-reduced-lunch#detailed/2/any/false/1021,909,857,105,118/any/4682)

That includes reduced lunch prices as well, and it's a bad state as an example since it's near the top in terms of pockets of poverty...

Along with SC, GA, AL, MS, VA, MI and probably Utah, Much of Southern California and others TBD. Back when I grew up if there were kids that didn't have lunch we who did shared a bit, and our parents might pack an extra sandwich; and nobody starved. You know; back when people actually parented their offspring and "community" still meant something. Nobody even thought of petitioning the government to step in and ensure there was absolutely no reason for those down at heel to seek a better situation... nobody starves here now and that is a bit of a shame.

If you can't afford to house, feed, and clothe your kids.....you shouldn't have them in the first place.

Bullshit.

Why was it that the kids in the 60's and 70's were not fat? Take a look at yearbooks from those days. Very few were chubby and almost none were fat.

It's due to the current culture of our country of allowing kids to become sedentary video games players and Social media wonks.

Get them off the couch and out playing some sort of games.

I carried my lunch because our school lunches sucked bigly. However, we all knew the kids that needed those subsidized school lunches because they were really poor. My parents never complained about feeding them on their dime.

I take the same approach. I will say to those complaining about the type of lunch- would you rather they eat a pizza with some nutritional value or see Brussel sprouts in the garbage can ? School lunches aren’t haute cuisine.

We didn't have chocolate milk at our schools in my day. Kids are spoiled these days. :yesnod:

Most of us packed a lunch anyways. :island14:

Isn't not having chocolate milk racist?

Having too many vanilla people in a chocolate city ... that's apparently racist.

So much so, that any sitting Mayor of such city is obliged to call for more chocolate people to come to his fair city so as to make it a chocolate city again.
