I've forgotten what good food is. I live off of frozen dinners and sammiches.

Is there any issue a thumb cannot solve?

Fire faster, hitch a ride, and now this, rump roast?

Replace the reds & vitamin c with hookers & you're all set. :seasix:

that spread on the steak is simmered mushrooms in heavy alfredo sauce with hint of garlic.

the smaller potatoes are Norland Red, rubbed with olive oil and slow baked until the skins are easily removed. Then sprayed with melted butter; topped with parsley and a seasoning mix of rosemary and black pepper. Slightly sprinkled with sea salt.

Most of that looks delicious! The mushroom sauce sounds great, as do the potatoes!

The green stuff looks like weeds picked from my lawn though. And I can't stand sea salt. Tastes like sea water to me & ruins the flavors. :island14:

My five favorite steaks are:

Ribeye (bone-in if possible)
T-Bone/Porterhouse
Outside skirt - do not get inside skirt if outside skirt is available, it's much tougher in my experience
Bone-in fillet - hard to find but great. Fantastic at a nice steak house.
Flank

I'm not really big on strips because I'd rather just have a t-bone at that point. And if I want a great steak and have the time, a big cowboy ribeye is hard to beat. One can feed three people no problem.

Then we have roasts, like tri-tip, chuck, etc. Those are all great too when done right, but I would consider rump steaks to be just thin-sliced rump roast. Which is fine, but like a tri-tip, skirt, or flank you'd better slice it correctly. I like all my steaks medium-rare although going to medium with thick and well marbled bone-in steaks like a cowboy ribeye is sometimes even better.

Looks great, but why are there weeds thrown on the plate?:leaving:
