I purchased a quilted hoodie from woot! for my wife

and when it got here today, the one sleeve cuff wasn't sewn on correctly. ( they missed over half :slap: )

I emailed woot! after supper, explained the defect and stated I would like to exchange it for another one.

I just got an email from them. No more hoodies in that size. But they said to keep the defective one and I got a full refund ( $18 )
