I'm 27 and I kinda like the Dodge Magnum SRT-8. Not enough to actually spend money on one though.

'never' ?
I don't think id ever want a station wagon, or mini van.
SUV/cross over is as close to soccer mom type of car that id ever want in my driveway.

Bought my first wagon (Ford Country Squire) at age 22. Used it to tow a sailboat around (didn't want to give up my Jeep or my Malibu). Later just went with a 4X4 pickup. Bought wifey her first wagon (Subaru 4X4) about 6 years later. Owned two more of those, two Chevy Caprice Wagons, and a Volvo Wagon before graduating to mini-vans. Later went with Suburbans.
Simple answer- an outdoorsy lifestyle is gonna dictate something to carry all your gear around in. It's either a wagon, a SUV, or a pickup with a canopy on it around here.
When you are 35 and have kids but can't afford an SUV.

If said wagon had 556hp and a 6spd manual, I could easily be coerced into driving it. :D

Hell, I'd even slap a "baby on board" sign in the side window.

I still don't want it, nor do I want a minivan.
And for those I see driving them, your choice of a vehicle to house your horsepower completely cancels out the coolness of having the hp, IMO.

:iagree: (except I am 25 :D) If we had room for a trailer there is a good chance we would have some sort of wagon to be our bike hauler. I really like the Magnum and the Audi wagons...not sure what they are called.

Nope...saw one in person. It's nearly as ugly as the CTS coupe.
I really like the sedan, but that's the only model of CTS that I can stand.

I've always liked wagons. My wife's car is a Magnum SRT-8. When I was younger I had a '72 Volvo wagon. I was too poor to rent motel rooms, so I always carried a foam pad so I could pull over and sleep when traveling.
I've noticed that wagons have become popular again. Try buying a classic Chevelle or Nova wagon. They're getting pretty pricey

It's unfortunate but every time I see someone driving a Dodge (other than the truck or Challenger.) I think what kind of poor broke assed bastich is behind the wheel. Down here it is usually a 4'9"" 230 Messican woman with tattoos.
Most Dodge and Chrysler vehicles look cheap and trashy to me. :yesnod:

She's driving a Suburban, why would she want to down grade?

She wouldn't. It was just an open statement to me when I joked once about buying a minivan. :D
