I need to run to the store to get a friend who is coming over for steaks some beer that he drinks-Mick ultra. I don't stock that.

Thank to some of our religious leaders, I can't do that here in my county. No alcohol sales on sunday.

I gotta drive 12 miles to get some.

The world is going to hell and those pious bastards are worried somebody may buy beer on Sunday. :issues:

To me if a buddy's coming over he better be prepared to drink what I drink or have on hand, OR bring his own favourite.

Nope, as you know....and in Canada when you go visiting you bring your own hooch, and you never show up to someone's house empty handed. Food, booze, or flowers for the Mrs..
