Rant: I Just Bought a New Trash Bin, And Some @##hole Just Stole It!

So, I bought a new trash can for my Summer place up in Canada, a really nice trash can, with wheels, from a local store. Well, yesterday was trash day, and I didn't have much trash, other than the receipt for the trash can, but what the heck, I put it out for the trash collectors anyway, and when I looked out, not 10 minutes later, some jerk in a regular cab Chevy was driving away with it.
