Can't blame anyone but me. I agreed to work like this but damn, this will make ya feel your age in a hurry. 24 hours locally, another 24, 45 miles away, 24 hours off and do it all over again. Scheduled to work ten and I missed one. Thi crap will be over Thursday morning. The extra $$$ helps but I will spend the rest of the summer getting caught up here at home. I was able to do this ten years ago. :faint: :faint: :cane: :cane:

Beginning to wonder where're you'd been....:D
As a union construction worker(pipefitter/welder) I worked a lot of 7-12 weeks to get fast track jobs done. Money is good but it knocks the shit out of you. (Big reason I could take a good early retirement at age 55)
Also on many plant maintenance jobs if something expensive goes down many time you stay until the plant is back in full operation again. I have worked up till 36 hours straight on that type of job.
