ACOE finally are starting....

to replenish the beach.....in the fall they will come back and construct the dune system....here are pictures of the pipe that the dredge ship will use to pump sand onto the beach as bulldozers extend the beach...will update with new pics :seasix:

Pretty amazing how well that works.

Well, until the next major storm comes thru and reclaims the sand. ( sometimes a storm will deposit sand instead of removing it )
