When I visited Spokane last fall to see my stepson, I watched a scrimmage at Gonzaga. That guy is a monster. Last year he got injured and gained some weight that he needed to lose. My stepson is the chef for the athletic dept. at Gonzaga and he was cooking a paleo diet for him every day.
