CINCINNATI, OH - Bengals star Chad Ochocinco is about to write a big check after some legal trouble with a Cincinnati clothing store.

The owners of Exclusive Wear are suing Ochocinco, claiming he bought and was delivered nearly $12,000 worth of clothing and never paid the bill.

According to court documents, Ochocinco had nearly two years to pay off the debt but never did.

Reports are saying the judge has ordered him to pay the bill.

Didn't he just change his name back to what it was? If he has any shirts left they might be a little hard to sell now that he wants to leave ochocinco behind.

I seriously don't understand how these millionaires can be so f'kn cheap and stupid with their money. I bet their money managers just soak them and rip them off every which way possible, it's actually quite comical.

What a joke. Ordered to pay just the bill? The store owners waited for 2 years? There shuold be some kind of interest or penalty or something.

One word for him and his kind, typical.

Although we haven't heard his side of the story.
