And I had given our 4 year old a quarter. Well, she walked to a street vendor and of course couldn't get anything, so she comes back for more money. Well we say no and she gets pissed off and chucks the quarter.

Just then a guy jumps after the quarter, grabs it and takes off. Never looking back. We thought he was gonna give it back to her. :lol:

I wish it was on video, too damn funny.

And if I was the dad I would have informed you that you may have just thrown away the last quarter I'll be giving you.

As the adult...I have 10 dollars so I don't need to save. As the child, you need to learn the value of money but quick...and throwing away your only quarter isn't a good start.
