I've been trying to get on their site since last night and nothing. I hope they're still around.....I had pics on there that I hadn't saved yet from my hard drive melt down last year. :(

They were having problems a week or two ago as well. I think they did something with their server and it has been SNAFU'd ever since.

Edit: I was responding to the photobucket thread. I accidentally.

I used to have my vette on shutterfly and then photofocket.....and I wanted to update the pix as they some 5 years old.....think I could get into the sites??

hell NO.......so I posted them on CF and got hell over with it.....

seems they both changed their software to something very unfriendly,

I could not even figger out how to drop the pix there were on there, let alone update....so hell with them.....

Yeah, they changed the format a few years ago I think. Definitely the "If it ain't broke, we will find a way to make it that way" mentality.

Same thing with my stupid I-phone. Downloaded an update on its own the other day, left me without a phone for around an hour and a half. Right when I was expecting an important call too. BULLSHIT. I told Heather that I was going to take it out and shoot it. :Jeff '79:

Somewhere in your "settings" menu is a switch to kill automatic updates. Never miss an important call again. Also lets you pick and choose what you let the manufacturer feed your device.
