Keith Scott's gun had been reported stolen, authorities said on Monday
A breaking and entering suspect told officials he had sold him the gun
His wife Rakeyia got a restraining order in October last year, records show
She wrote: 'He carries a 9mm black' and said he had hit her and a child
Scott, 43, was shot and killed Tuesday after a confrontation with Charlotte, North Carolina police

Yeah. Even his wife and kids were afraid of him and his (stolen) gun, but the police should NOT have been afraid of him and his gun.

His wife told the truth when she was in danger from this guy, but a year later lied and allowed her community to be trashed, and many injured and at least one death. What a great lady.

As soon he busted a cap in those mean ole cops, he was going to the Salvation Army to donate his time to those less fortunate. After the Salvation Army, he was gonna stop by the church and ask forgiveness for not giving his last three dollars to the homeless person he saw earlier. You guys are all big meanies for not seeing how he was just misunderstood.

In the video that she released, she can be heard several times calling him by name and telling him "Don't do it" right before or as he got out of the car.

She knew that he was armed and what he was going to do.
