So I come home to an envelope in the mailbox with a handwritten address and a California postal meter stamp, with no return address......

Inside is what is supposed to be a copy of an email from someone at a Tennessee Kia dealership with a post it note to his secretary looking to pay me 110℅ of the KBB on Catronelle in trade on a Yukon or a Kia.

Well I used the interweb to look up the dealer's number and talked to the guy who supposedly sent the email. He does work there. Told him how shady I thought this looked and since I have had no prior dealings with this dealership they had to get my info from some database. He didn't seem remorseful. :notfunny:

I got the a very similar letter yesterday. Hand-written envelope and note as well. Telling me I could get 20% over KBB for a car I haven't owned for 2 years. :)
