I'd be skeptical on the "drives" part. Look closely at the holes in the wheels in the 6th picture. Lots of crap behind those wheels indicates that car hasn't moved in a while. Other pictures seem to confirm that. :island14:

Nah, it drives great.

It just needs a couple parts is all.

In that condition with a A block (318) sedan that is more money than I would spend.

Now if it was a 2 door hardtop B Block (383) it would better peak my attention,

Excellent demolition derby car. One of the best, actually.

It will win because as the other cars hit it and become disabled, it will be the last car able to move 3 miles per hour under its own power, while squealing loudly to announce its victory over the other cars?

Pretty much. I have a good friend who used to do demo derbies and he always used late 60s/early70s Mopar products. The leaf sprung rear end is a big deal. The rear wheels can take more of a hit to the side than a coil sprung rear end.

In that case, it sounds perfect to drive in Houston traffic. You rarely go more than 3 mph and it sounds pretty crash worthy, which is a benefit when half the other motorists are uninsured, unlicensed illegal aliens with questionable driving skills.

Driving skills?
We don't need no stinking driving skills.

Nice old bucket that will consume all of your free time and a lot of money. Better to admire it from afar. Plus, what ever you put into it will be irretrievable as well. :bilmem:

There's a guy down the road that runs a high perf garage and he bought a 69ish 340 Dart with something like 48K miles on it. He paid 8 or 9 K for it and thought he'd flip it to make a fast buck. He started at 14K and is now down to.....9K and he had to put brakes all around on it.......that was 4 years ago....and he still has it! :(

And they Still drive like a bucket of bolts, just like when they were new! :ack:

Pass on it,you would never get back the money it would take to restore it,I restored a 68 GTX a few years ago and the parts were extremely hard to locate.
