Being a native Kansas Citian, and Chiefs fan, I have been following this guy now for a few years...

Laurent Duvernay-Tardiff is one of the starting Offensive Lineman for the Chiefs, in the off-season he is a Doctor. Well, almost. He will officially be a doctor after the end of the season and 4 more months of Medical School. In the story, he apparently is toying with the idea of putting Duvernay-Tardiff MD on his Jersey in 2017. :Jeff '79:

Regardless, an amazing Human Being for sure. :yesnod:

Hard to copy and paste the text, so here is the link.

Damn overachiever is making the rest of us look bad. :Jeff '79:

OK, serious comment: To excel at either discipline demands tremendous effort and time. To excel at both at the same time is nothing short of phenomenal. That's a special individual right there.

He's a remarkable person. During the NFL Draft, the day he was drafted, he wasn't sitting around waiting like most players are. He was in a Hospital. Delivering Twins apparently. :Jeff '79:

He looks like he bulked up this year too. Dude is a friggen tank. :yesnod:
