Tonight, my youngest son had a school dance at his middle school. That said, he wanted to be taken in the '69 Camaro, and picked up. Of course I was more than happy to do it, and when I picked him up with all his little girlfriends, and even the guys around, when they saw him getting in and us drive off, made him look like a rock star. They were all definitely paying attention. It is the small things in life that I love doing for my kids. He was grinning ear to ear the whole time. Makes me feel good!:seasix: That is all!:)

That's cool,
I am into high end car audio and when the daughter was hanging out at the pizza joint after the Friday night high school football game she told me what song and how loud for when I pulled up to pick her up with all her friends standing there, she thought see was cool

The ex took the kids and left the house, paying 2 grand a month RENT for a townhouse across the main drag....in Nov '88, following spring I found a '70 Pontiac Lemans convertible, I turned it into a GTO all the changes, from wheels/tires on up the line, it made a hell of a tow car, drop the top and pull the boat over the mountain at speeds up to 100 mph....kids in back......
they knew, when the old man went to DO something, the job FLEW.....

Great, but they put in the hard work to help you out putting it back together?

Right around the time I graduated from high school my dad had a '69 Cadillac El Dorado that was silver and black. He used to let me borrow it for special dates.:yesnod:
