I just finished assembling my first frankengun and picked up the Ruger for my wife. She is so busy with work, I may have to break it in for her.

I taught my eight year old how to do donuts with it in the yard before parking it. My daughter thought it was awesome. My wife has issues with how the yard looks now:lol:

1/4 acre fan here, I would NEVER have any yard that big....too much to look after, and for WHAT reason????

Finally had some range time with it. I learned two things after back to back days at the range. First, I suck at stockpiling ammo. Second, you may have done to much shooting when you can only taste gunpowder when you try and eat a meal. I really like this gun and I was shooting 4 inch groups with iron sights for 20 rounds at 100 yards. That is a pretty good start.:seasix:

4" groups at 100 yds will take a melon off anyone's shoulders. :seasix:

C'mon over tomorrow at 10am. We're gonna be shootin' up the back yard with my new to me PC-9 and the pistols.

I helped my brother break in a lot of new guns today. He doesn't get to shoot much but still buys regularly:) he had a new to him Sig P938 and a new Ruger Mini 14, HK VP9, and an XD. My favorite was the HK VP9. What a great shooting gun. I think I may have to get one for myself!
