Grind the beans at home. Certainly can't trust any restaurant to actually have decaf in the orange pots.

Not sure if "it" means coffee in general, or just decaf coffee.

I drink coffee for the taste. With heavy cream and butter, it is fit for a king or even some old loser that posts at car forums. Name: coffee.jpg

After the first cup, I have decaf because I've had chronic insomnia for the last 35 or so years.

Yes, I glued it, and oddly enough, it was snug and stayed in place without the glue....put pressure on the remaining attached pieces of handle, slip in the broken piece, and the compression held it in by itself, I just took it out, glued each side, and reinserted.

I may one day get a wild hair and order a couple new ones, the Mardi Gras themed one and the blue one. I'll update the forum if I do that, as I know what an important, impactful drama this has become.

Conservatives are calling for a boycott of Black Rifle Coffee after discovering that some of its employees donated to left-wing causes.

In screenshots shared across X this week, users highlighted data from the Federal Election Commission detailing donations made by company employees between 2020 and 2022.

In one example, employees of the veteran-owned business, which rose to prominence due to its perceived pro-Second Amendment leanings, were found to have donated to the left-wing political action committee ActBlue.

Calls were quickly made by right-wing users on social media to boycott Black Rifle Coffee, just like conservatives did with Bud Light after the alcohol brand temporarily partnered with a transgender activist.

“You can’t be America First and donate to ActBlue,” user Tara Bull wrote. “Is it time to Bud Light Black Rifle Coffee Company?”

Now that we have at least temporary closure on this, I can finally rest.

I really could care less about hit pieces these days. The coffee is great, and the lions share of the company are still veterans. It's difficult to see past AI generated fake news these days.

Good!

I was getting ready to pack up and ship you a few mugs that I no longer use.

This was certainly the "thread of the year!"

I don't lack for mugs, that was just my favorite one. I also had one like this

that I found in a Goodwill years ago, that I liked but.....I broke that one, too. I don't do well with glassware, apparently.

I bought these 16 ouncers from Wally's, I believe they were a buck apiece. I've been using the blue one for 3 years now, still works great, cap does not leak.

No handle to break, so there's that too.
