I was there a few years ago, beautiful country and friendly natives (ticos) but they are very conservative. The wild women are not ticos, probably Europeans, Canadians, or Americans. The American ex-pats tend to live behind razor wire in their compounds.

Funny you should ask......It's great here and I just got engaged to a beautiful creature that has changed my whole outlook on life....

Where I live, in the mountains, it's not bad, and I can be at the beach in less than an hour.....sunblock isn't a big deal...LOL
