Got them twice pretty good this year, both times from hunting for a golf ball when I should have just dropped.

I have found that if you immediately wipe down your legs with a wet towel after exiting the tall grass, you will greatly minimize their numbers.

There's a reason the old-timey golfers dressed like this:
