Cramping a lot of times means the body is dehydrated. To help drink not only lots of water but drinks like Gatorade.

Hope you feel better soon so you can get the work done you want to finish!

I get leg cramps when I'm on a strictly 'no salt' diet. Try eating something salty....that works for me. Your system needs some salt to function normally. I used to get them on board the boat in the mornings when it was cold and damp. YEOWWWWWW!

Oh well, beautiful day for a drive anyway. .....

Went to go in the garage the other day and the steel roller wheel broke, ball bearings on the floor, door came down on one side... It fell on the top of my tool box thankfully....and not on my convertible Chevy...

Went to replace the nylon wheel with steel today and guess what.....the actual hanger strapping was cracked almost all the way through which would have been a catastrophe.....held on by about 3/16th of an inch of strapping! Yikes.
So it just shows that when you work with old stuff it's never black and white when fixing something. It's double strapped for now until I can repair it correctly.....

just ordered a new pool cover and 4 pool water bags, yea its getting near time to close pool again, need to deflate big swan and have company disconnect and blow out lines fill with antifreeze, its a sad day
