Fall Driving Colors
Well if the weather co-operates today or tomorrow it will be time to take Cadzilla out for a little romp on a great scenic road for some photo ops. A buddy of mine told me a great area east of here toward Louisville where the roads are twisty and scenic. Hope to post up some photos later on.

I was just driving on I-90 around LaCrosse, WI in the bluffs. Beautiful. I love this time of year.

Used to mainly go there for Oktoberfest weekend though. I was up in Tomahawk visiting the folks last weekend, a little past peak color up there, but still scenic. Still a lot of color around here, but the wind and rain the past few days has left many of the leaves on the ground. Had to work today, but if tomorrow is nice, I may take the car out for some fall color pics. |

Okay a couple of pictures from a romp in the Hoosier National Forest. I've got a little video I need to edit and then I'll post it up.
IN 66 runs along the Ohio river and is an awesome road once you pass Tell City, IN. Not as fun as the dragon but some real good sweepers and tricky little hills. Here are some shots from today not the peak color but still nice: |

First sunny day in a bit. I wish we didn't have the rain and wind the past few days. The colors would have been much nicer.
Time to play with the video. |

A little video of a short section of the road. I took the video with the Handycamm sitting on the dash in a GPS mat hold down pad. Stayed pretty good. I wish I would have thought of this for the dragon run.
