My older brother sent me this link, as he is considering putting an offer in. Apparently, it has been sitting empty with the utilities shut off for a couple of years, so there is work to be done. At that price, there could be major issues. We moved to FL when I was 10, (he was 16) so my attachment isn't as strong as his, but I would love to have it back in the family.
