Never heard of the Hodakas, but my best friend had a Yamaha 100 that was a little faster than my Honda.

Like I said, I can't recall whatever happened to my old Daisy, but I replaced it many years later with a Beeman R1. Fully adjustable Rekord trigger and a 3x9 scope. I use it for crows in my gardens. Leaves exit wounds. Takes more than 50 pounds to cock it though.
