it's a Grundfos MQ 3-45 pump.

had to build that little table for it to sit on. table is screwed to the wall stud, pump is bolted to the table. mostly because the power cord was too short to reach the outlet if it had put the pump on the floor. but that also gained me some floor space that i can use to store stuff underneath the pump. all the white PVC piping is new today, the grey is old. had to transition from the grey 1-1/4" piping to the white 1" piping. got it figured out. tank to right is our 450 gallon day tank. we use about 50-60 gal a day. also had to size the table so that the blue carbon filter could be serviced once a year, so left space for that to happen later.
