Unfortunately we are not allowed to schedule vacations until the contract is ratified. If the union goes on strike we will be working the plant to keep product moving, if not we are still on hold...

Damn contract talks. We can't take vacation from 4/15 to 7/1 in case the contract does not get approved. The contract is up 5/15 so might be able to salvage the weekend if all goes well.
