Brats / Smoked Sausage

Baked Beans
Cookies

Thursday Night:
Pulled pork BBQ
Buns
Smack (this is my smoked mac-n-chz I have come up with)
Slaw
Cake

Friday Night:
Pork loin AND Chicken Wings
Corn
Garlic and Rosemary red potatoes
Some sort of dessert

It is not my intention to make any money on this deal, rather, to enjoy cooking and hanging out with everyone and hopefully provide some great smiles and some full bellies over the weekend.

I have a rick of cherry oak and hickory all at home right now. More than likely it will be a blend between the three.

If people could let me know a couple of things so I can plan:

1) Are you coming and how many in your party?
2) What day will you be there?
3) Will you be dining with me?

Like I said, I am not trying to make money on this deal, I do this because I want to and love to cook. All money collected will go to covering my cost and anything over that will go to the NCM and doing something for Steve.

i know some of this request is to figure out quantity so you can figure out pricing. BUT, if you name your price I'd go ahead and pay a non-refundable amount for Karen and me. We'll be there Thursday night through Saturday night. Our flights are already booked.
